Aneurin Canham-Clyne is a reporter for Restaurant Dive covering restaurant policy and regulation, the ghost kitchen market, labor and loyalty trends. He received a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Maryland, where he worked for the Howard Center for Investigative Journalism on projects relating to homelessness, eviction, workplace safety, and anti-lynching laws. He also wrote for the New Haven Independent, primarily covering development, policing and public policy. Previously he worked in foodservice establishments ranging from a full-service restaurant to a dining hall dishroom. He has a bachelor’s degree in history from Tufts University.
