NY — May 18, 2026 — Harri, the AI-first workforce operating system for hospitality, today announced the launch of Engage360™, an automated employee engagement platform built natively within Harri. In beta testing across QSR and full-service operators in the U.S. and UK, locations using Engage360 saw up to a 23% reduction in employee turnover, a 28% decrease in late clock-ins and a 96% employee participation rate.
The centerpiece of Engage360 is Rewards & Recognition: an automated engine that lets operators connect employee behavior directly to business goals, using data from the tools they already rely on, including POS, workforce management and speed-of-service systems.
With Engage360, operators can run recognition programs automatically in the background for the first time — all without manual data pulls, spreadsheets or adding work for managers. The result is a system that sees and rewards the behaviors that drive the business: showing up on time, filling a critical shift and hitting a sales target.
“I’ve spent the past year asking operators one question: what happens to the people who show up every day, do great work, and never hear about it? They leave, said Luke Fryer, CEO of Harri. “Not because they don’t like the job, but because nobody built a system to tell them they matter. Engage360 is that system.”
Engage360 brings together three capabilities under one platform:
- Employee Voice, for surfacing feedback and staying connected to how teams are feeling
- Comms Hub, for reaching every employee across every location instantly
- Rewards & Recognition, now broadly available.
Additional modules, including Social Hub, Knowledge Base and Performance Management, are planned for 2026 and 2027.
“The value of rewards and recognition is showing your people that you care without adding extra work for your team,” said Carli Schrader Eager, Owner/Operator, Golden State Restaurant Group.
The launch of Engage360 completes Harri’s end-to-end vision for the Workforce Operating System — a single platform covering hiring, onboarding, workforce management, and now the full employee engagement lifecycle. The addition of Rewards & Recognition reflects a broader industry shift: operators are increasingly looking to technology not just to run shifts, but to build the kind of workplace experience that reduces turnover and drives consistent performance.
Engage360 is broadly available from June 2026. Operators interested in learning more can visit harri.com or contact their Harri account team.
