April 21 — Harri today introduced Salli, an agentic AI assistant for frontline managers in hospitality operations, more broadly to the market following an open beta. The announcement was made at the Restaurant Leadership Conference (RLC), where Harri is showcasing a set of innovations to help operators move faster and run more consistent shifts.
Salli is designed to help managers understand what’s happening on the frontline in real time and what to do next, without slowing down operations. By allowing managers to ask questions naturally within their workflow, Salli surfaces the information that matters and guides action in real time.
“Technology in hospitality has traditionally focused on reporting after the fact,” said Luke Fryer, CEO of Harri. “Salli is built for the moment decisions need to be made. It helps managers move forward with clarity, not get stuck figuring things out.”
Salli is embedded directly into scheduling workflows and complements One Click Schedule, a new capability announced at RLC, that enables managers to generate schedules faster with fewer manual adjustments. Together, these innovations are designed to reduce friction in one of the most time-consuming parts of running a restaurant.
In early rollout, operators using Salli reduced the time to publish schedules by two-thirds, achieved faster resolution of scheduling issues and gained greater confidence in day-to-day decision-making.
“Salli helped us get to the root of issues faster and actually move forward instead of getting stuck,” said Vanessa Renta, Director of Sales and Profitability at The Fonseca Group. “It’s made a real difference in how quickly our managers can build and adjust schedules.”
Beyond scheduling, Salli represents a broader shift in how operators interact with technology — moving from navigating systems and reports to asking questions and taking action in real time.
The introduction of Salli is part of Harri’s continued investment in AI designed specifically for the frontline, with additional capabilities planned across labor insights, forecasting, and operational workflows.
