October 06, 2025 – Harri, the global leader in Frontline Employee Experience technologies, today announced two major executive appointments: George Murphy as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Tom Benton as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). These additions mark a significant step forward as Harri accelerates its mission to transform frontline industries through AI-driven innovation and customer-centric growth.
“We’ve built something transformative for frontline employers with the recent launch of Harri Agentic AI,” said Luke Fryer, CEO and Founder at Harri. “The additions of George and Tom will give us the firepower and expertise we need to support our next phase of growth and build the industry’s first and only truly agentic AI platform for hospitality.”
Serving in the newly created CRO role, Tom will lead revenue strategy, uniting sales, marketing and customer-facing teams to accelerate growth and expand Harri’s impact globally. Tom brings over 20 years of experience leading revenue growth at top technology and human capital management (HCM) companies, including Salesforce, Oracle, WorkMarket, HireVue and most recently Digimarc.
“Harri is at the kind of inflection point every growth leader dreams about — amazing customers, a powerful product and a category-defining opportunity ahead,” said Tom Benton, CRO of Harri. “My focus is to scale this momentum globally and help make Harri the go-to partner for every hospitality operator looking to drive growth through the optimal deployment of labor.”
George will oversee operations with a focus on partnerships, professional services, customer success, key accounts and renewals. George brings over 25 years of global leadership experience from Salesforce, GE, Yext and most recently Kore.ai, where he helped the company earn recognition by Gartner and Forrester as a Generative and Agentic AI leader.
“Hospitality is at the frontlines of a massive AI transformation, and Harri is right at the center of it,” said George Murphy, COO of Harri. “I’ve spent my career helping businesses unlock value through technology and partnerships, but what Harri is doing feels different. In this role, I have the opportunity to advance Harri’s mission of making life better for millions of people who keep frontline industries running. That’s something I’m proud to be a part of.”
